University Registrar


The Office of the University Registrar operates in the areas of admissions, enrollment, graduation, international student special study permit/visa processing, student records management, and other related services. 
Specifically, the Office provides the following services:

(a) processes students’ entrance and other academic credentials; 
 
(b) advises students and other clientele on curriculum requirements and other academic policies of the University and concerned government agencies;

(c) processes special study permit and student visa of international students;

(d) evaluates and credits subjects/units earned by the students;

(e) updates student records;

(f) issues Transcript of Records, Diploma, Transfer Credentials and other school documents; and 

(f) verifies, authenticates, and certifies school records upon request of individuals and public or private organizations, here and abroad.
